I’ve been a loyal Strong AC customer for three years, and what I recently got from the owner was straight-up unprofessional and hostile. He sent me a series of aggressive, offensive messages loaded with personal insults, slurs, and even threats. He crossed every boundary — even making crude comments about my wife — and then refused normal payment methods just to be difficult. They have been very professional with their service on our family condo and worked hard to get our unit working so we could enjoy it for this weekend. Chris and his staff have been kind and professional. Please don’t pay attention to some of the bad reviews, it appears that some other AC company in town is somehow linking to Contract Services google listing, and being a former business owner that relied on our reviews, figured out by doing a google search of the other company and it pulls this one up. "I unequivocally warn everyone, especially people of color and other marginalized communities, to avoid this company like the plague due to its owner, Mr. Strong, who is a despicable racist and homophobe. After being a loyal customer for three years, I was shocked and disgusted to receive a barrage of hate-filled messages from Mr. Strong.
