They replaced my water heater 5 years ago, perfect, no problems. I kept their receipt because I wanted to use them again in the future. I called them again because it had a leak. They quickly responded and determined it was a manufacturer defect and I would get a new tank from the manufacturer. I called for 4 weeks straight and left several voicemails. Tommy is an honest plumber who is responsive, kind, and skilled. I was so impressed by the work he did on my mother's home, I called him for help with my client's home. He came out right away and fixed the issue. Really great guy.
They installed a tankless for me and were wonderful. We had to use them a few different times and each time was a positive experience.
