Had a great experience with the Lacey CFM staff. They were all friendly, knowledgeable of the various brands, products, and very patient as we tried several samples. Would recommend using CFM for your flooring supplier.
Whether I call or drop in, I am taken care of. I called on Wednesday and asked about a schluter part. The information I had was older, but it didn't matter. I was told that they'll find out and get back to me. I received a call with the updated information. I gave my card information and it was ordered. Everyone in the Lacey location is friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with. I won't go anywhere else.
I absolutely LOVE CFM. As a local interior designer, I am always looking for showrooms that are friendly, helpful and have everything I need. CFM goes above and beyond in all these categories, I am always so happy to bring my clients here!
