Had these guys set up and had them install loads of blinds in a new build hospital. Initial install went very well however, when it came time to do warranty repair they fell flat on their face. Tens of emails sent to no avail, empty promises of "we will get someone out there" are truly disappointing from a long standing subcontractor.
