These people are the worst kind of predators in collections today. They make a point of trying to destroy people even when they agree to pay. They aggressive and irresponsibly attack a person credit report in an attempt to lower that persons score even after the account is paid! The managers are passive aggressive dumb asses who want nothing to do with costumer interaction so they send the assistant manager Dinesia or Denesha out to talk to you, turns out she's a bigger idiot than they are!!. I told them they were being recorded 2 seconds after they said they were recording me, the lady got pissed and said they don't talk on recorded lines and hung up on me. Hahahahahahahahaha!!! They refused a payment from me too. Said it wasn't enough.
This is an awful place to work. Everyone gets sick. Even with a doctors excuse you are let go. They have such a large turn over anyway.
I gave them a 1 because zero wasn't an option. They called me and wouldn't tell me why or who they were unless I verified all sorts of private information, which I didn't do. I asked to speak with a supervisor who was just as rude and unhelpful as the initial caller. However, she told me the name of the company, but not what they did or why they called.
