Paul Guadarrama was a tremendous help when I was moving out of my house. He had new renters lined up before I was even out the door, and went above and beyond to help me meet my deadlines—including bringing in his team to help finish things up. I truly don’t know how I would have managed it all without him. He’s responsive, organized, and genuinely cares. 5 huge stars! Highly recommend!
I strongly urge others to proceed with caution when dealing with Contra Costa Property Management, specifically Paul Guadarrama, who now manages the property at 1691 Crescent Dr, Walnut Creek. My experience has been nothing short of distressing. After being burned by a different property management company, I reached out to Paul based on the reviews. I was beyond pleasantly surprised. He is down to earth, efficient, and knowledgeable about the rental market. Under his management, our home was listed for rent after we moved out.
