While the staff was very pleasant and the facility clean, their billing office is a bit hasty! I had my MRI and received a bill. I called and indicated that under my HMO I should not have a copay. I notified my insurance and they indicated that my policy had changed. I contacted the imaging center again and explained to them that I am currently on disability, and unable to pay sucha large bill at this time.
