Fire and rehire for the security staff very unprofessional to the public as well as the staff who works here oblivious to the law. And how to do their job.
They answer nothing, ive emailed many times 2 on record atleast 3 through contact us since july, and called 4 times in as much time. Only 2 people replied. 1 in email 3 months later (not related to my questions but to remind me of my recert, that id been trying to reach out to them about) and 1 called while i was at work also 3 months later. Also their number ending in 7000, and 7001 dont let you leave a message
This place is awful! They need training! Not only rude but they lost my personal documents 3 times! IN A ROW! I HAD TO RESUBMIT THE SAME PAPPERWORK THREE TIMES IN ONE MONTH!under threat of discontinue! Absolutely irresponsible!
Man, why is it so hard for these people to do a records request for the public? These people are so unprofessional and their conduct is unexceptable. These people need to be removed from office. Making the city look really bad. GET RID OF THEM.....
