Housing they are trying to make me homeless. If you leave a number to call back it shouldn't be restricted. Not able to leave message or go to office. When l didn't respond to your request l think the reasonable thing to do is to see if lm alright. I live alone.
This office lacks communication and professionalism. I had one worker for a short period of time. Then, I was never informed that she wasn't my worker any longer until I called her voicemail. Someone called me back and told me that I would be getting a new worker and I've been waiting for paperwork, or a email or call and they've never done anything for months now. I also just recently completed my recertification online and I still haven't heard from anyone here. This office is horrible to work with.
