Their after install service is terrible. I’ve been without AC for 1 month now and they always promise they’ll fix it in the next few days. And then never call back. And their hours are till 4pm (3pm on Friday)! Usually closed by the time I’m able to call them. They installed a brand new AC 1.5 years ago and it broke down just when summer started. We’re stuck with this company because they are the installers for Costco in our area. Avoid them if you can.
Avoid them at all costs, we got our hvac fully done by this company 8/28/24 and we have yet to have it work continuously a couple of weeks in the 7 months we had it, we call them they take weeks to come then say need parts then no updates till yo call them. Learn from my mistake and spend your money elsewhere. Wish I could give 0 stars
Terrible drivers work here. cut me off and almost side swiped my truck. His work van is full of dents and scratches which reflect the driving skills this incompetent guy has
I am 100% satisfied.
