My WIC account was canceled because I was un able to answer the one phone call attempted to verify I am still using my benefits. It seems ridiculous that an account will be terminated after missing one call. Especially considering they messed up by calling my old phone number, I updated my WIC September of 2025. When I told the representative on the phone my concerns, she said “you need to schedule your own appointments it not our job”. Maryam is a very nice and helpful translator. she always does her job the best and a sweet lady overall. she always solves the problem and is the best helper.
Very helpful people. Easy to make an appointment they were friendly and kind and I got all the vaccines that I need. Thank you so much
Made me waste my time by coming for a vaccination they then refused to give to me. Treated me like a criminal though I have a US service record...rude and condescending. Left without vaccination. Weird how you hold the ability to save people, but choose otherwise.
