Great staff who are very helpful and knowledgeable. I have done several projects with this department and they were always great :)
The whole of your staff need to be retrained in how to deal with people, especially someone holding a camera who has a right to be in the public accessible areas. Absolutely horrendous people.
This agency is the most self-serving, self-centered agency in this county. They crush small businesses by forcing them to undergo years and years of inspections and upgrades until all the money and energy that would have gone into the businesses is eaten up. On the the super-rich, who cater to the super-rich, can afford to open a small business and this agency is the great destroyer of the hopes of small business owners.
