I'm surprised people aren't dying in the emergency room took forever to see the doctor and I finally seen him I was going through so much pain you just kept telling me oh go see your doctor go see your primary instead of trying to help me this is a lousy hospital.
The woman on the phone told me they could send patients to UCSF if a specialist is required for a complex condition. She encouraged me to go by stating there are few patients at night. I went to the ER at 11 PM. There the staff made me wait 4 hours to get seen. The attending physician (who reeked of sardines) simply reviewed some MRIs before telling me I could leave. I still feel severe pain and did not even receive a referral or a prescription order. They cannot detect a serious problem if it was right underneath their eyes... read more

I was just to your phone and nostril spray because my nose was bleeding. The management of this whole center was pretty much wild. There was no sequence of management of the staff people been waiting for there for like five hours. Our wait is three hours just to get an nostril spray and it was really a dumb idea.
