Mary is incredible and so knowledgeable! I get both face and body treatments at Sattva and the results are amazing where even my husband notices the difference in my skin! The blueberry facial especially works like a miracle! Absolutely love the treatments Mary offers. Highly recommend her services and she is so lovely!

Incredible Experience – Highly Recommend! I had a full body lymphatic drainage massage with Mary and was blown away by how effective and relaxing it was. I left feeling lighter, less bloated, and so much more relaxed. The clinic was calming and clean, and the service was truly top-tier. Looking forward to my next massage in 3 weeks – such a great addition to my self-care routine!

i was in the gym everyday not knowing why i’d lost weight everywhere but my arms, i then went to mary at contouring bodies and realised it wasn’t weight i needed to lose, i was full of fluid!!! i got the lymphatic massage and now my arms are so toned and i feel so confident in clothes that reveal them!!!! 10/10 will be getting another one

I had an incredible Lymphatic drainage massage from Mary. I was diagnosed with Lipoedema only a few months ago and this massage was fantastic for the swelling in my legs. I felt lighter and the swelling in my legs went down almost instantly. Couldn’t recommend Mary and this treatment enough.
