Closed permanently. Leaving this review not out of anger, but in hopes of warning. The location abruptly shut down with no warning, no communication, and no opportunity to be refunded directly by the spa. One day everything was fine—then the phone numbers were disconnected, the team was gone, and we were left in the dark. Buyer beware.
Had a confirmed appointment today for cryo service. Got to the location a few minutes early, the door was locked. Called the location, no one answered, but I got a text from them that all their locations were closed. Very unprofessional to not at least save clients the aggravation of driving to the location if they were not going to be open. Never again will I pay up front for services!

Katie is incredible—both professional and friendly! It’s such a pleasure attending my sessions. The treatment is amazing, and I noticed some results after just the first session.
