James has been amazing from start to finish. He helped guide us through the planning stages of the work, where nothing was too much effort for him, popping by at the weekend to check tiles and measurements. He was more than happy to take on a difficult job which many other trailers had turned down. James is super responsive. He has kept us updated at all times, attends promptly in the morning, and tidies everything up for when the kids get home from school. James did an amazing job with the tiling in our bathroom. It was a small job of three tiles and the finish is a perfect match. He also fixed a leaky shower. It was lovely to have someone that turned up when he said he would and he left the bathroom clean and tidy.
