It’s a hit and a miss sometimes you get quality service sometimes you don’t. Last Saturday I went in, expecting to have A appointment with a specific person I get there and they told me that that individual went out of town. My service was rushed because there was other appointments set with other people and had to receive two different nail tech just to do my nails. I haven't been to the nail salon in a good 18 months. I was nervous and wanted to find not just a good place but a good nail tech. I hit the jackpot with Stacy here at Contour Nails. She was knowledgeable and told me the pros and cons of certain nail techniques. She helped me choose what was best for me based on my life style. Context: patronage for 1yr. Most if not all techs do amazing work. Specifically: Amy, Kiara, Jade (might be Jada) for nails. Tony and the one other gentlemen does amazing pedicures too. Conflicts:severe lack of management skills, business acumen, leadership and character by owner. Resolution: No longer a patron of this establishment.
I love this salon they never disappoint! the customer service and great and every single nail tech i’ve had has been extremely talented. my most recent set was done by Amy and she absolutely killed it!! I always leave here loving my nails 🩷
