HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I went to this spa a few years ago and stopped as my last couple appointments I waited over an hour, once finding out the RN wasn't even there!! They had a recent special so I decided to give it another try. BAD DECISION! They cancelled 3 appointments on me last minute. -1st appt. they didn't even call, luckily I called in that morning to confirm my appt time and was told the girl wasn't coming in that day now.
