Absolutely the worst! I have filed a formal complaint with PSS in the UK. Our Move to the US has been the worst ever. And we have travelled all around the world. Once our goods arrived in the US we have had difficulty reaching Contour. They have not been responsive. We were told in the UK that there would not be any other charges but the first contact we had with Contour was a bill for $500.
