Contour Development Group is exactly as the majority of these reviews show. The problem originates from the top, where management runs the business too 'lean' and boasts about having 9 employees do the job of 50. That forces a cultural disconnect where employees have to ignore problems and don't have time to do things the right way. Please avoid every aspect of this company.
Park at Callington Birmingham Alabama This place is garbage and a few of the new rentals staff and the manager are very rude. They recently fired some of the old staff members to bring in the most uneducated staff. They have this mob mentality, with Cheryl behaving like the pack leader. They spend hours gossiping including the older manager who should be teaching the younger staff how to be professional. Rented an apartment from them in South Carolina. Never returned my deposit or gave me an answer as to why. Call and they send you to voicemail. Call the corporate number and they forward your info to the regional manager. Ask to speak to some one else and they tell you there’s no one else to talk to. Air conditioning kept going out.
