I had a very bad experience at Contour Dermatology as a new patient. After scheduling an 8am appointment and paying the $75 deposit, I arrived at the Rancho Mirage location at 8am sharp only to find out they did not have my appointment, due to a "glitch" in the system. With no supervisor on site, no one really knew what to do. After spending 15 minutes filling out paperwork, they said they could try to squeeze me in at 2pm.
