I had an amazing experience at Contour Clinics whilst being served by Bella! When I walked in I was offered a seat and a cold drink. Bella explained every step of the treatment clearly, and provided me with numbing cream prior to my treatment with Dr Fane. Super happy with the results i got and service i was provided with from receptionist Bella. Ill definitely be back.
Michelle is amazing. She really cares and is great at her job.
In the space of 2 days my appointment time was changed 4 times with multiple staff from different clinics calling and texting at all hours of the night to do so. After the 4th time, I cannot make the new time and requested to cancel. They are now threatening to charge me $200 cancellation fee even though they keep changing the time on me.
