Very shocked by the level of customer service. I felt like an inconvience for coming in for my booked appointment. Discussed treatment with the nurse and when she went to go out and get the product for the treatment, she said they ran out of the product the day before. Concerning as when I booked online, it was for this particular treatment so they were aware that the product would have been needed prior to my appointment. I asked for a refund for the appointment as I was not getting a treatment to which they agreed. However... read more
Had a really great experience at Contour Clinics Miranda. The clinic is clean and modern. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful, making every visit enjoyable. The doctors are incredible, especially Dr Fane and Martiane, who are both so professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality care and great service!
I loved my treatment here, but i won’t be returning as this clinic does not accept cash payments past 5 pm (my appointment went 5 minutes over, which isn’t my fault or doing). They did not offer to let me come back the next day to pay, even though i am a returning client. This is something that should be stated at the front desk, or should be told to patients prior to their appointments. It’s inconvenient to say the least, i will be spending my money elsewhere in future :)
I see both Martiane for injections and Michelle for my facials/skin needling and they are both incredible! I always look forward to coming in 😊
I've been treated by Dr. Martiane Bersano at Contour Clinics Miranda for a couple of years now and I'm very happy with the quality of the services. The doctor is dedicated and caring, the clinic is beautiful, organised and clean and the staff are very friendly. I would highly recommend the clinic and doctor. Thank you guys.
