Not happy! I have a membership and was refused LED at approx. 4.30 pm today. Girl on reception said they close in 15 minutes which was not true! Miranda closes at 5 pm, not 4.55 pm and my LED is only ever 10-15 minutes maximum so there was time!!! I travel a long way so this is really annoying!!!
Ive been here a few times and it wasn't till after the second time i felt as though my lips were overfilled/migrated. I left them for a while and when i returned a third time (over the space of 3yrs) I expressed my concerns about migration and my injector assured me they were totally fine and barely migrated. A few months later i was just not happy with my results and felt like there was so much filler not even in my lips. I absolutely love this place. I have been coming here for years and never have had a bad experience. All the staff are soo friendly, my injector Dr Martiane Bersano is hands down the best injector, she has transformed my face from fillers to Botox she’s amazing, I wouldn’t trust anyone else.
Katrina was so lovely and accomodating! I was feeling anxious before my procedure and Katrina helped to calm my nerves. I am also super content with the service provided and the outcome! I will be back
