Over the last 36 years I’ve dealt with many motor mechanics and auto body repair shops, and very few have been good enough to recommend. Contour Body Repairs is one of the rare exceptions. Really disappointed with my experience dealing with Alex from Contour Body Repairs. I called regarding an enquiry about my car after being rear ended, as the third party told me to contact him to organise the repair process. From the start of the call, Alex had a lot of attitude and became frustrated because I was confused and had been told different information beforehand. Do not go to this place if your car isnt new. Called for a quote for my year 2000 model car and practically told me it was too old to fix. They asked for photos which i sent but they didn’t even bother to respond back. Dont waste your time with them unless your car is new. Very bad customer service
