POOR customer service. Not family friendly. Unable to get a refund from their new online booking portal. Child woke up sick and cant make the trip - I called right away and got attitude real quick. “It’s a business, we have to protect our business.” It’s October! There isn’t high demand, as the website even says “30 open time slots”. Poor customer service decision to withhold the deposit because of a policy. Exception can be made. Not with Contoocook canoe company! They’ll take advantage of you.
Good folks here looking to get you on the water, great prices and great customer service.
We had an absolutely incredible day! We highly recommend / encourage paddlers to book a trip.
Absolutely amazing experience. Cullen, our shuttle driver was so informative and helpful. Can’t wait to do this again!!
