He is a professional boy, with experience and good manners. I went for a second opinion after the quote at VW and what they were going to charge me just for the diagnostic, Alex the owner, charged me with labor and parts included! And on top of that, He took me to my house and took my car to check it out, he is definitely a gentleman too.
