I have had three massages with Liya at Continuum Wellness and in each case, she has gone above and beyond the call! In addition to the massage itself, she is adept at targeting specific areas that need attention and at problems before they arise. She utilizes acupressure, acupuncture, and cupping among other items in her tool kit and is very patient in ensuring that there is increased mobility in a particular area. I highly recommend Continuum! I had my first massage appointment with Petya, and it was an amazing experience. The clinic is beautiful, calming, and clean. Before the massage, Petya took the time to sit down with me and tailor the session to my specific needs. She was highly professional and incredibly skilled—hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. I will definitely be booking another visit!
I went in with neck and shoulder pain and Marion did my massage therapy. She was great and also taught me a great deal about how to exercise and how to keep the right posture. The pain was substantially relieved. One of my best experiences for massage therapy in Toronto. Thanks!
