I highly recommend Continuum! I had my first massage appointment with Petya, and it was an amazing experience. The clinic is beautiful, calming, and clean. Before the massage, Petya took the time to sit down with me and tailor the session to my specific needs. She was highly professional and incredibly skilled—hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. I will definitely be booking another visit!
I went in with neck and shoulder pain and Marion did my massage therapy. She was great and also taught me a great deal about how to exercise and how to keep the right posture. The pain was substantially relieved. One of my best experiences for massage therapy in Toronto. Thanks!

Today was my first time trying acupuncture at Continuum and had a great experience with Liya. Very courteous and made sure I was comfortable and warm during this chilly day. Her knowledge of the human body is very in depth since she was very thorough in figuring out where the sources of my muscle stiffness/pain was coming from. The difference in my muscles before/after the session was like night and day. She also offered an herbal tea and a recommended a few stretches to help me on my way out which was very nice.
