Great service to the community. People are very nice.
Incompetent. I had Marlene Thomas helping with my sons SSI application. The application was never submitted when I was told. She then made an appointment to see me about getting more information for the application. She told me to make appointments with different doctors to make sure it would get approved. I was spending hundreds of dollars for all these doctor appointments. When it came to see Marlene again she would not return emails or phone calls.
