Speaking from a private duty perspective of whom worked for a family, I personally wouldn't recommend this company! A good sells pitch was relayed to the family upon signing on, but with a lot of broken promises! Lots of contradictions/miscommunication.Hospice triage nurse (forgot her name but she has a reputation of being rude within Affinity workers) as well as nurse Courtney of whom did the home visits are both condescending and rude! .My mother has been in the care of Affinity for a year. She resides in an assisted living facility but the team involved in her hospice care sees her on a weekly basis and always keeps me informed of her status. She is in Florida and I reside in Ohio and due to circumstances I am not able to visit her. She receives good care at the facility, but having extra eyes on her eases my mind tremendously. I'm so grateful for them.

Affinity Care and Hospice of Sarasota provides outstanding understanding, advice, professionalism with tender care. Words will not do justice to how grateful our family is to the wonderful people of this organization. In a world where big business with sterile decision making dominates health care, Affinity and their staff provide a clear alternative. What a graceful and wonderful job they did for us. The team at Affinity Care have been amazing from the 1st day I called till the last day my 94 year old Aunt was here with us. Special shot out to Jessica K. & Jennifer C. who checked everyday on my Aunt and Gabby who came daily to help my Aunt out and always had encouraging words for me. I have been truly blessed to have a remarkable team. I pray that if I ever need help that I could have a wonderful , compassionate and loving team as my Aunt Joyce was gifted the last months.
