I work for Continuum as an RBT and so far it has been a pleasure working with them. The families I work with are amazing and I have amazing coworkers surrounding me. Sometimes the paperwork can be a little overwhelming, but overall its a nice starter RBT job.
I would absolutely recommend this company as an opportunity to grow in a career in behavioral health. I started as a RBT and am now a BCBA. The company runs on a high ethical standard, and offers incredible supports to both employees, clients and families.
Continuum is a fantastic organization for both providing and receiving ABA services.
I work for continuum as an RBT and would 100% recommend Continuum. I think it is such an amazing ABA company because they're first and foremost focused on the client, they're extremely ethical and always watching for how they can be better in that area, and professional development/learning is a top priority for every person who works here.
