Something has happened to Continuous Resources. I've ordered from them in the past with great results and Matt has been always been awesome. I ordered around $3k of gear from them on 1/31/25. After not shipping for over a month and trying unsuccessfully to reach anyone there for over a week by email, phone, support ticket and chat, I'm throwing in the towel and calling my credit card company to reverse the charges and ordering elsewhere.
Ordered a panel over a month ago and still don't have it. Sent an e-mail inquiry and no response.
$6k order partially received. Multiple days attempting to contact with no response. Phone numbers listed fast busy signal and never work. Can't contact to get status. I will dispute charge on my credit card for full order by end of day today if no response. Ordered Jan 28, almost a month later I still don't have my products! Do not buy from this company F-
I have worked with Matt and the team over several orders, the input and help designing a system for my 45’ Diesel Pusher has been a HUGE help, and invaluable. Matt has always been gracious with his time and gone above and beyond.
