Our builder had these guys put the gutters on our new home. The gutters work fine- OVER THE WRONG PLACE. That's right, they installed the gutters around our screened porch that didnt need gutters and not over the back porch that did, then refused to fix it without us paying them AGAIN. It's 15 feet folks and a down spout. The guy they sent out, Joe, was condondesending to me when I suggested they just add a run so they wouldn't have to take down what they'd already put up and fix my facia.
