Dr. Jody is very personable and accommodating. She is the 3rd professional in the area I have sought out for support in the last several years, and it appears to have been the charm. I recommend her services.
I'd leave 0 stars if possible. I could almost copy and paste other reviews. Everything started great, Dr Melbourne seemed pleasant. Scheduled for test relatively timely. Then comes test time....she was on her phone a LOT and even had to take phone calls. She says she'll have the results in 30 days. It's been 3 months now and I have left multiple messages and sent multiple emails with almost no reply. The 2 times she's called back were just to tell me she hadn't got to mine yet. If you don't need a prompt diagnosis and are happy being ghosted by your psychologist, then, by all means, schedule an appointment with Dr. Milbourne. As another reviewer stated, it started out fairly positive with a quick turnaround on an initial intake call. I was then scheduled a month out for the assessment. Seemed like a good experience at first. Took forever to receive paperwork stating diagnosis. Now keep receiving bills for service I already paid for and sent proof of payment. Instead of helping this place is actually making me worse from the level of anxiety and aggravation they have caused.
