I would not come here or bring my children here. The assessment process did not seem right. She gave me a bunch of papers to take home to complete. I later found out that it wasn't right. It is an assessment. I was supposed to complete the assessment in the office with the psychologist. The testing was rushed. Does not provide timely results for assessments. She cannot defend her diagnoses. I had to go somewhere else to have the assessment done.
A few years ago, I came here to get assessed for ADHD. I got a diagnosis over the phone, but never actually received documentation of this, which I need to obtain medication and treatment. I have sent them many voicemails and messages (and the texts say they have been read), but to no response. VERY unprofessional. Does not provide timely results for assessments. She cannot defend her diagnoses. She wasnt very good at therapy. I went somewhere else. Now I have a quality therapist.
**5/2025 Update more than one year later: I never received a report. She essentially was paid for services by my insurance that were never completed. I’ve considered reporting her to the WV Board of Psychologists but I couldn’t be bothered to deal with her again. I give Continous Journey, LLC a great rating because Brooke is very understanding. I haven't had the chance to meet with Jodi yet. Her plate is very full and was willing to set me up with Brooke until she can see me. We've made some progress and set great goals. She is very knowledgeable and it's only been 2-3 sessions in.
