**5/2025 Update more than one year later: I never received a report. She essentially was paid for services by my insurance that were never completed. I’ve considered reporting her to the WV Board of Psychologists but I couldn’t be bothered to deal with her again. Absolutely shocking conduct from a professional. 4/2024: If you don't need a prompt diagnosis and are happy being ghosted by your psychologist, then, by all means, schedule an appointment with Dr. Milbourne. I give Continous Journey, LLC a great rating because Brooke is very understanding. I haven't had the chance to meet with Jodi yet. Her plate is very full and was willing to set me up with Brooke until she can see me. We've made some progress and set great goals. She is very knowledgeable and it's only been 2-3 sessions in.
Dr. Jody is very personable and accommodating. She is the 3rd professional in the area I have sought out for support in the last several years, and it appears to have been the charm. I recommend her services.
I'd leave 0 stars if possible. I could almost copy and paste other reviews. Everything started great, Dr Melbourne seemed pleasant. Scheduled for test relatively timely. Then comes test time....she was on her phone a LOT and even had to take phone calls. She says she'll have the results in 30 days.
