We did not actually use this service because our loved one had to be taken to the hospital. Erika came to our home to evaluate our loved one and determined she needed to go to the hospital immediately. If Erika had not been so attentive and professional I don't know what would have happened. We would not have known how bad it was. I just want to thank Erika. She was truly genuine and honest. Her empathy and care ment so much! Thank you!!!
Do not use this company!!! The young “therapist” who came intentionally didn’t stay long enough to take off her coat, and her so-called therapy consisted of obvious basic movements you carry out during the course of normal actions, including for aged seniors. She repeatedly pushed future appointments, which she “stacked” apparently to maximise profit and minimise her time spent.
