Continuous Home Care will treat you like family. All the staff members are an absolute pleasure to work with. This company offers great benefits as well as a competitive salary. If you are looking to work in the home health setting Continuous Home Care is the company to work for!
Seems as if the management wants to get as much free work out of you as possible. No compensation for lengthy shadowing, very convaluded payment arrangements. No compensation for travel. It seems extremely sketchy. Wouldnt recommend.
Management is TERRIBLE causing a high turnover of lpn staff. They also do not reimburse for mileage, which sucks as a “ home visit nurse”.
