Dr. Pena would not give me an mri on my back after the last was 4 yrs ago! I had to threaten to kill myself the pain was so bad till she finally agreed! Then my kidney numbers dropped 20 it's in few months after I busted started a new med and she never put it together. I went in to get meds for my mo as she had a strokes. I asked for the meds and left me hanging on a holiday weekend! My mother screamed in pain all weekend!
Ya Ya was amazing! She was kind and took my blood without any pain. I have small veins, and have experienced lots of issues over the years having blood drawn. Ya Ya was absolutely the best person who has done this for me.
So completely different than any other medical experience. Very friendly...greeted by name. Didn't sit 5 minutes in the waiting room...a big plus!!!! Took detailed history. The Dr. Was amazing. I actually got to discuss every concern with him. He was great explaining everything to me. For the first time in ages, I felt like we were on the right track. I am extremely disappointed with the referral department. They sent my referral to a different department and when I called to correct their mistake they put me on hold for an hour. Today I’m calling again and the moment they answered I was on hold without an opportunity to say a word. Not acceptable; if this doesn’t change I’ll have to find another doctor. I’m here to try to improve my health not get worse because they can’t get referral procedures right.
Conviva Center!! I love my CONVIVA Center, doctor Sandro, Dr Peña, Nurse practitioner Sabrina and all staff at the office are amazing, kind thorough and very accurate with the diagnostic and treatment of our conditions. Will recommend highly.
