Glad that the year is ending soon so I can select a more competent organization to provide me with medical services. I have lost count of how many times my wife has had cancel an appoint to a specialist because the office team could not generate a referral on time. After my wife alerting them at least 10 days in advance, provided codes for the services needed and reminding the staff of the urgency. Dr. Pena would not give me an mri on my back after the last was 4 yrs ago! I had to threaten to kill myself the pain was so bad till she finally agreed! Then my kidney numbers dropped 20 it's in few months after I busted started a new med and she never put it together. I went in to get meds for my mo as she had a strokes. I asked for the meds and left me hanging on a holiday weekend! My mother screamed in pain all weekend!

Ya Ya was amazing! She was kind and took my blood without any pain. I have small veins, and have experienced lots of issues over the years having blood drawn. Ya Ya was absolutely the best person who has done this for me.

So completely different than any other medical experience. Very friendly...greeted by name. Didn't sit 5 minutes in the waiting room...a big plus!!!! Took detailed history. The Dr. Was amazing. I actually got to discuss every concern with him. He was great explaining everything to me. For the first time in ages, I felt like we were on the right track. I am extremely disappointed with the referral department. They sent my referral to a different department and when I called to correct their mistake they put me on hold for an hour. Today I’m calling again and the moment they answered I was on hold without an opportunity to say a word. Not acceptable; if this doesn’t change I’ll have to find another doctor. I’m here to try to improve my health not get worse because they can’t get referral procedures right.
