It pains me to give Conviva one star, because the front desk, office manager, and nurses have consistently been kind. Unfortunately, our experience with the head physician, Dr. Barbosa Rivera, was unacceptable and overshadows the care provided by the rest of the team. My senior mother and I experienced what I can only describe as a severe lack of compassion, empathy, and appropriate bedside manner.
