The staff are super nice and truly care
Extremely pleased with the services. Had blood work done by YaYa, very professional extremely pleasant drew blood and I didn’t feel a thing. Quick & painless. This is coming from a woman who hates needles. The front office is cordial, helpful and very polite. This is my 7th or 8th office visit. So if you were to ask if I would recommend them. My answer be YES!!!
It pains me to give Conviva one star, because the front desk, office manager, and nurses have consistently been kind. Unfortunately, our experience with the head physician, Dr. Barbosa Rivera, was unacceptable and overshadows the care provided by the rest of the team. My senior mother and I experienced what I can only describe as a severe lack of compassion, empathy, and appropriate bedside manner. Great staff. My Primary Dr.Pena explains and answers my questions with patience and in detail. In English and Spanish. She is wonderful.
