Convivia plantation is such a great office the doctors and the front staff but Susan in the referral department is the best she always give me my referrals on time and always going above and beyond

My experience as a patient gives me the opportunity to interact with the front staff, Susan in the referral department and Niki that attends to me assisting DR Degree.Irma, Vicki, Lucy and the young man his name eludes me right now, also the phlebotomist one stick .

The staff at Conviva Plantation are exceptional. I do want to acknowledge Susan in the referral department who has gone way above and beyond to assisting me with my sister appointments getting the referrals approved sending them to the appropriate doctor’s offices and PT and OT. She has a lot of patience and just an exceptional employee, and it was a pleasure working with her, along with Irma, who is also exceptional always there to assist me with whatever I need. The worst service ever. Made us sign up and after a week when we got to the appointment told us that they did not accept our insurance. We had this appointment for over a week and a half not even a phone call to let us know that they did not accept our insurance or a courtesy call nothing. Did not even try to rectify the situation by referring or finding us a new doctor. This place is terrible do not go there stay far away !!!!!!
