Awfull place, my mom has over a month waiting for them to schedule an appointment for an MRI and CT scan, rererral department just says that they are working on it. Avoid this company if you can

Awful. Just awful. I can never reach the office directly without going through their call center. There's always a misunderstanding of what I need. It might be because of the language barrier even though I speak English and Spanish fluently. And it seems like every time I get somebody on the line the call drops or I get disconnected. Dr Liu is fantastic but the referral coordinator has an attitude. I booked the transport from this center for an appointment. But the transport never turned up. Called the center, the representative put me on hold for more than 15 minutes, never returned back with transport status. I had to find alternate transport and reached late for my appointment. Very irresponsible from the side of the center. Many irresponsible people working at this place. When they did my labs, many tests were missing in the reports.
