Pésima experiencia con Conviva Sunset. Estuve en el hospital y cuando fui a Conviva se rehusaron a darme el referido para el médico al que me habían enviado. Llevo casi 15 días esperando, y cada vez que llamo me dicen cosas diferentes que no son verdad y no resuelven absolutamente nada. Esta es urgente y no les importa . Esta mañana, para colmo, una de las representantes me colgó el teléfono.
