The worst set up I’ve ever encountered for a clinic.I would never recommend this sort of clinic . They have a call center which filters all of their calls so you can never talk to anyone who actually works at the clinic. I have been there one year ,and I need to find a new place. I can not get a referral, I call a dozen times, I finally have to drive to Conviva to get it from the supervisor in person. 2 out of my 3 referrals I got there were wrong.. Esta clínica yo no se la recomendaría a ninguna persona en su sano juicio! El departamento de referido y autorizaciones es lo mas inservible que existe en el planeta tierra, incapaces de cumplir con sus trabajo y lograr enviar las órdenes a lugares que acepten los seguros de los pacientes, nadie puede responder las llamadas con una respuesta , si tiene que hacerse exámenes importantes valoren seriamente no estar bajo este centro médico porque no vale la pena !!
Llevo un año o mas llevando a mi abuela a este centro de conviva, siempre hay un problema con los referidos y ahora fue con la farmacia. Desde el 09/22/2025, tenían lista sus medicinas que son para el corazón, y no se las mandaron nunca. Yo salí de viaje y cuando regrese mi abuela estaba sin medicinas para el corazón porque ellos no la mandaron, el sábado pasado 10/04/2025 tuve que llevar a mi abuela a emergencia en el Baptist Hospital Of Miami para que le dieran una receta para comprar por fuera el medicamento, que por cier... read more
