Wife joined a few months ago, it was fine at first but lately, they don't respond to messages or phone calls. Been trying to get them to extend her physical therapy sessions for a week and they keep telling me the Administrator has yet to approve it, even though her doctor did and the insurance will pay for it. My wife is getting upset to the point where she already asked me to find her another place.

Pésima experiencia con Conviva Sunset. Estuve en el hospital y cuando fui a Conviva se rehusaron a darme el referido para el médico al que me habían enviado. Llevo casi 15 días esperando, y cada vez que llamo me dicen cosas diferentes que no son verdad y no resuelven absolutamente nada. Esta es urgente y no les importa . Esta mañana, para colmo, una de las representantes me colgó el teléfono. Mr. Enrique Lopez and the staff are extremely professional while maintaining a personable, helpful, and approachable demeanor. I would never imagine going anywhere else for my eye care needs.
