This place is not what it used to be. Is hard to call a doctor even if he left a message to call him. They have call centers that somehow you leave a message and they never return call. How is this center a clinic and you can never communicate with your doctors?
Excellent patient care. My mom receives her care from Conviva Palm Ave clinic with Dr. Amarilis Vazquez. Every time we go to her appts, Dr. Vazquez takes the time to review everything with us, answer our questions, her clinical knowledge is excellent. I am very grateful for the care my mom receives, from the front desk staff Bilma is so kind and helpful always, she has the best attitude, all the staff in general is amazing also the pharmacy.
