Not so happy with this facility. Requested several referrals for specialists and out of all the requested referrals only two were correct and one I had to call various times to get the correct information on the referral. Every time I called they said it was done so I get to the specialist appointment and was told “no referral was received yet for the procedure I needed which had been rescheduled twice already. Lisette Lafont is the best on everything, super professional, outstanding Customer Service she goes all the way and don't stop until the patient is receiving what it needs. Great employee !!, if she leave I follow her.
