This office clearly does not care about its patients. My mother is an elderly woman with serious health conditions who needed to see her specialists, yet her referral was not ready on the day of her appointment. We waited nearly two hours while staff failed to complete a task that should have been handled days earlier. My mother had notified the office in advance, giving them plenty of time to process the referral, but nothing was done. I spoke with several supervisors. Not so happy with this facility. Requested several referrals for specialists and out of all the requested referrals only two were correct and one I had to call various times to get the correct information on the referral. Every time I called they said it was done so I get to the specialist appointment and was told “no referral was received yet for the procedure I needed which had been rescheduled twice already.
