Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable
Their office staff..needs supervision..their polices as far as follow up calls..per Denise the Administrator..is not to call patients to follow up with conversation with Referal issues, even when staff members have told me they would follow up..though they never did.. if you need referrals, good luck with that..it's worse than getting your teeth pulled.. I called up and some guy answered the phone and he told me that urgent Care was open and so I drove to get there and I asked them specifically before I come what time is their lunch hour and all the sudden I get there at 10:01 and all the sudden they're on lunch until 2:00 so that means an hour waiting for for urgent Care so I don't recommend that their staff is really any good I like the doctor but the staff and the answering service and that doesn't work well for you know for people so they need to list their hours of when... read more
My Dad is a patient of Dr. Mattison and really appreciates his knowledge and care he receives. The Doctor and nurses are great. I'm a patient of Dr. Chu and she is very thorough. I've had to deal with the referral department and Jamie Jones has been great. I appreciate all the help she has given me. She is very professional and knowledgeable, that means a lot to me.
I CALLED THIS PLACE ON TUESDAY THE 2ND AT 11AM AND TOLD THEM THE PERSON I'AM CARING FOR RAN OUT OF HER INSULIN THEY TOLD ME SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME RIGHT BACK I'AM STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL BACK. I CALLED THEM BACK TODAY FRIDAY THE 5TH AND TOLD THEM AGAIN SHE NEED HER INSULIN AGAIN I WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BACK GUESS WHAT NO CALL BACK. SO THAT TELL ME THEY DONT CARE BECAUSE IF THEY DID SOMEONE WOULD HAD CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW SOMETHING.
