My Dad is a patient of Dr. Mattison and really appreciates his knowledge and care he receives. The Doctor and nurses are great. I'm a patient of Dr. Chu and she is very thorough. I've had to deal with the referral department and Jamie Jones has been great. I appreciate all the help she has given me. She is very professional and knowledgeable, that means a lot to me.
I CALLED THIS PLACE ON TUESDAY THE 2ND AT 11AM AND TOLD THEM THE PERSON I'AM CARING FOR RAN OUT OF HER INSULIN THEY TOLD ME SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME RIGHT BACK I'AM STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL BACK. I CALLED THEM BACK TODAY FRIDAY THE 5TH AND TOLD THEM AGAIN SHE NEED HER INSULIN AGAIN I WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BACK GUESS WHAT NO CALL BACK. SO THAT TELL ME THEY DONT CARE BECAUSE IF THEY DID SOMEONE WOULD HAD CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW SOMETHING.
My wife is a patient there the medical staff is outstanding. The office staff is the absolute worst. She had an appointment on the 21st to give blood they did not have the orders.We received our reminder calls and texts after waiting an hour she left .She said they would call her. Of course they never called I called the next morning they still were clueless. I called in the afternoon angry they gave us an appointment. Dr. Nadi is very knowledgeable, kind and thorough. This is a busy office, but they are efficient.
I brought my husband here at Plant City Conviva and he was very impressed with Jill Coots PA. We both found her very knowledgeable, attentive and patient.
