Great services and packages for International travel.
I had a very disappointing experience with Continent Travel while booking international tickets in November last year through their agent Mr. Ahsan. From the beginning there was poor communication, delayed responses, and lack of follow-through in handling the reservation. Important requests were not reviewed on time, promised callbacks never happened, and even basic assistance was missing when guidance was needed shortly before the trip. Had to travel for my mother and law funeral. Qatar air line denied my boarding due to in correct DOB caused by embassy. I have proof from embassy that this would not cause any issues. Travel agent did nothing to resolve this issue or even help to resolve this issue. Stay far from this place. They will sell you a ticket and will leave you hanging in the middle. I lost my entire ticket and still waiting for a refund or resolution. Customer service is worst. money hungry people.
