I placed an order for about $7000 worth of windows. I specifically asked for wood color interior and insulation U factor of .27. Paul, the sales guy said, yes, of course. They came with the windows. NOT all interior is wood color. Paul says only the "part of the interior facing the room can be wood, inside of the interior pieces can be white only with a special order".
