If I could give negative stars I would! This company is a big scam! They will deny a claim for minor reasons I have spoken to one representative From this company as well as two managers. Mike, the one manager is unprofessional and talks down to women. Paul is a little better than Mike. I will be getting in contact with the BBB and Delaware state board. Do not purchase from this company. They will deny and say they dont cover something no matter what level you have. I have the gold level by the way and they are saying they dont cover what the car needs to get repaired. And the repairs that need to be made are not normal wear and tear items. Im also well within my mileage and year limits. Buyer beware!
My Range Rover's water pump went out a month after buying my car. They covered my mechanic's invoice.
