This place is trash. I don't own any animals but my trailer was full of fleas, broken windows since February, no hot water and they smell like a sewer I went a year without a stove and they always say they have to order a part which never came in. It took the maintenance guy a year to paint the ceiling where the paint fell. Mold everywhere

I wouldnt recommend this park to anyone. You can watch the drug dealers in the streets and residents walking around smoking pot. Not all of them, just some of them. The park doesnt maintain there homes in a satisfactory manner. They are supposed to be all bills paid, but if that is the case, why does everyone have to pay a utility bill every month. The park only pays the first \$12,000 dollars of the utilities and the rest is divided up among the residents based on the square footage of their home. To me these owners are no ... read more

I applied for a place here and because there were only a few choices to choose from, put down the deposit to hold a spot. Little did i know I was going to get SCREWED out of getting my deposit back! Because I left one place blank on my app they took it to mean no and when they called to see if it were yes or no it turned out to be a yes and said I falsified my app and refuse to give my money back!! What crooks!!! Stay away from these people.
