Dont buy Continental ! Their warranty is good but the workshop/panel is suck! I called a continental workshop, they said tyre instock and can come to claom warranty. I arrived to the workshop 10 minutes later, they check the tyre, they said tyre no stock need to order, need 1-2 days. I told the mechanic, i already called, u guys said got stock? The mechanic said, sorry the tyre might been sold out. I said, i just called 10 minites ago! Then suddenly they said boss will pick up the tyre from HQ, i was like since when HQ got t... read more

I would like to submit a warranty claim for my Continental MC7 tyre purchased in October 2025. The tyre has been in use for approximately 7 months and has developed a tear/damage on the inner sidewall. The tyre tread is still in good condition and does not show any abnormal wear. I would appreciate it if Continental could inspect the tyre and determine whether the damage is due to a manufacturing defect or any issue that may be covered under warranty.
