My personal experience: I had a very bad experience with Continental’s customer care and warranty claim process. In my experience, the after-sales service did not match the premium price customers are paying for the brand. I found several China and Thailand tyre brands such as Linglong, Sailun, Giti, Otani, Deestone, and ZC Rubber to provide better overall value for daily driving, including comfort, quieter performance, and affordability. Logically speaking, no stars should be awarded. It's May 2026, almost halfway through the year, yet I received 2025 tyres without any prior notice (which raises questions about why 2025 stock is still being supplied in mid 2026??? Low demand could be due to unprofessional and poor customer service and team?) 30/4/2026 Still avoiding email reply 5/4/2026 Very poor customer service 21/3/2026 Very poor customer service. During the purchase,, dealer promise one to one exchange on warranty claim. When warranty claim, keep denying. Even Head office customer service are pushing away responsibility. 13/3/2026 Until today avoid replying email. Very poor customer service. Super disappointed ! Customer service super late responsive (WhatsApp, Shopee & Hotline), hotline is the worst, totally no response and even hang up ! Ordered 2tyres from Shopee, after done schedule my appointment, workshop told me stocks only arrive after 2days. I’m ok with that, just please make sure provide workshop lists with ready stocks. Then, contact Continental to make changes since can’t change in the system. And all these happened. From morning to noon, I gave up and went to other shop.
