Nicole and the tech were great. She explained everything happening, and during the inspection they found a nail and patched it up. I was there less than 90 minutes. Community Toyota’s maintenance service team is wonderful. They make everything easy to understand and everyone wants to help. I’d give seven stars if I could.
My service experience was completed efficiently. All the employees were welcoming and knowledgeable.
Fast and courteous
After receiving the video of my car being worked on (2hrs) I hadn’t gotten any updates after 3, I went up to the girl attending me and all of a sudden they pulled my car up. Unsure of how long I would’ve been waiting.
