Great customer service from greeters, service technicians and cashier. Estimated wait time for service was accurate.
I came in for service recently, Ronald JR was a great service advisor. He did mention that my car would get a wash, it didnt seem much cleaner though and I thought it wasnt done. Looking at the RO it shows the wash was done.. hmm Overall it was fun, I also ended up renting a vehicle and Nicole was great to work with!
Had our ‘08 Sequoia serviced, including oil change, tire rotation and spark plugs changed. The technician suggested other services, but let us know we had some time to do them. Excellent service, they keep you informed and get you in and out pretty quickly.
Lauren was professional and handled my work in a very timely manner. I asked to be done by noon and my work was done by 11:30. Couldn’t ask for more.
The people who works there are very professional. They tell you what they are doing and ask you if you want to continue with any extra service the car need. Also they send you a video of what they did to it. I trust this location very much!
