I recently brought my car in to have the bumper repaired, and unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from start to finish. After waiting several weeks for the job to be completed, I picked up my car only to find that the bumper was painted the wrong color. It didn’t match the rest of the vehicle at all—it was clearly off, even at a glance. When I brought this up to the staff, I was told the original bumper was "a different color to begin with."
