For 10 years, Continental Title Company has been my title company of choice for myself and my clients. Local supervisory staff (Rose Schmiemeier) at this location requires (1) retraining on customer service demeanor/service philosophy; (2) supervision by ownership of her email communications and professional representations with clients. I will be contacting ownership directly regarding her performance across two closings. One of the most tactless title employees I've encountered in dealings with 7+ title companies; a liability unless retrained and given oversight.
