I am disappointed at the lack of accountability and customer service received from Continental Tax and Accounting Services in Fayetteville, NC. I used this company to file my taxes for 2016-2018 tax years. My first two years went very smoothly; however, for 2018 the company failed to file my taxes timely, resulting in a fine from the IRS. Barbara Mills sent you documents that you said you needed. This was good customer service. It did not imply anything. You were a customer requesting forms you needed and they were sent to you. There is no implication. You asked and you received. You didn't sign the documents. Even a layperson like yourself should know that if documents are not signed, they cannot be filed. I am so grateful for the team here. We were in an urgent need to file our taxes before my husband deployed and and they were not only able to squeeze us in but offered a wealth of knowledge that you just don't find on base. I couldn't be any more pleased.
Cece saved us when having to file taxes for a nonprofit organization. It was a nightmare and H&R Block had no idea how to file the correct forms. We are more than happy with the service we received and will recommend the new members of the organization to go to her for taxes.
I found Continental Tax Service searching online last year looking for someone to do our taxes and was more than happy with this place. Barbara is awesome as are all of the other ladies in the office. Friendly, reasonably priced, and has been a great experience two years in a row now. I plan on coming here for as long as we are stationed at Fort Bragg.
My family doesn't think you need a professional to do your taxes. I know better! Barbara and her team are the greatest. I've been coming here for years.
