We have an original owner custom built home, that gentleman, now passed on, created all home wall stud gitth and interval ect. surpassing code or "Hell Bent for Stout." The GeoThermal waterlines pumps heat extraction water furnace cold extraction were a big mystery. In fact at purchase we were told a mitgation was needed for heat. Technicians Tommy & Earl and the assistant AJ were all extremely professional and polite. Explained what they were doing along the way. Very thorough, clean and respectful of the property. Removed our old heatpump and installed a new Ruud 19 Seer 4 ton unit. Highly recommend Continental Services and this team.
Frank is a very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful service technician. He serviced our geothermal system per our contract - checking it out and cleaning/ washing the filter. Frank also provided the information we requested on potential humidifier/dehumidifier upgrades.
Can’t say enough words about Frank. A kind soul that cares about his business. If you call the nicest lady always answers. Today I had an issue with my humidifier, I called, and yes it was luck but he was here in 9 minutes from the call. Just good people.
