Outstanding staff and service. We have had our Geothermal for 4 years now. No major issues other than board issue from the manufacturer. All services calls have been answered and we have had people out the next day.
BEWARE, BEWARE of this dishonest company , Frank installed a new 4 ton Geo-Thermal unit. The owner is a liar and does subpar work, They refused to come back and correct the deficiencies. The unit is to big for the inground loops, Continental never adjusted the setting correctly. They never pressurized the loops. I have a local competent company come out and address the problems I had from day one. Issues too many to mention. I am reporting Frank to the Board.
Frank, Michelle and the team at Continental are fantastic. They have always been prompt, professional and easy to work with. They installed our geothermal system (new construction) and have serviced it for 3 years since. It works flawlessly and they are very competitive in terms of cost. Could be more pleased.
