This review is in regards to the Louisville, KY location. First off, want to say I love the location, the building, complex, and the apartment appliances being GE. I think the staff in the leasing office is very kind, friendly, and helpful. I also think the maintenance staff does their best and work hard to meet the needs of the community. This is a formal review of their property at Ten Trumbull being overseen by property manager, Marisa Mason. This property manager does not do anything positive for the community . There have been many complaints about a loud customized vehicle driven by another resident within the community ( car was recently customized). Every time the car turns on , there’s a loud boom sound that penetrates the walls. The car also is seen revving and speeding through the complex . Would give a zero if possible. Bait and switch from jump. From executive level managers down; no accountability with much deflection. The benchmark of the Continental Creed has been set low, with no respect, passion, character or achievement. Good luck. Continental doesn’t care, and you don’t belong there.

I have reached out to this company on three separate occasions with no luck. I’ve sent messages & they have failed to get back with me via phone or email. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I do not recommend renting from any of their properties.
