If there was a -0 scoring star system that would be my rating. My daughter was recently stung twice by a scorpion.These people care more about the aesthetics rather maintaining the property the safety of its tenants. You tell them about a problem and it’s deer in the headlights. I’ve seen two scorpions in my apartment which is on the second floor. 77 days since my lease ended, and I still haven’t received my security deposit. I’ve made dozens of phone calls and sent multiple emails trying to resolve this. I was told a check would be mailed, then later told it was “probably” cut, but no one could tell me whether it had actually been issued or mailed. Based on my understanding of Florida law, I believe my security deposit is being withheld unlawfully. Extremely disappointing customer service from corporate.

1 star because the location is great and the 2nd star is for the maintenance team, which is great. The Continental team is extremely difficult to work with. Every single year they find nitpicky things to reject my renter's insurance for even though it's the same policy they approved the year prior. This year, they sent a list of 3 things that are "missing" on my policy, so I had to take screenshots and highlight where the things are because they clearly can't review an insurance policy properly.
