Continental Properties has been the worst management company I’ve dealt with in over 10 years of renting. I provided my forwarding address twice after move-out, but they still mailed my refund check to the wrong address, and now refuse to take accountability or reissue it. I've had to chase them down for weeks with no resolution. Thank God I bought a home and won’t have to deal with mismanaged companies like this again. Renters beware.
The gates are always broken at our community on the Springs at Six Mile. The corporate numbers provided to contact Continental are never answered. You can call any extension during business hours and no one will answer. Unprofessional and embarrassing.

I loved the community of their company Springs Apartments when I toured but unfortunately the racist staff made me and my co-head of household jump through hoops after we were already approved only to deny our application. We make well over the minimum income required to rent, yet the property manager said our paystubs “looked fake” and required us to submit 3 months worth of bank statements to be approved.
