The company claims the employees are their greatest asset, but their actions do not back this up just like most of their claims like the five-star customer service. Just another corporation with positive slogans not backed up by actions. When they terminate you your health benefits are terminated the same day. They don't even have the compassion to give you time to figure out new benefits especially when you’re let go due to a physical disability they will not provide an accommodation for.
Bad customer service, I wanted to make a formal complaint about Janet Chavez current manager for a property located in Davenport Fl 33837, Springs at Posner Park, and it has been virtually impossible, I got a voicemail from lady name Tiffany, return call, but no answer, I would like to get to speak at least with a district manager or VP, but it hasn’t happened, I’ve live for almost 4 years on same property, and is not being the best experience, past manager ran the property really bad, but current one is by far the worst I’v... read more
This property management company refuses to support FURLOUGHED FEDERAL EMPLOYEES, OUR MILITARY, and THEIR FAMILIES. We continue to serve our country without pay at this time, and they WON'T GIVE US RENTAL ASSISTANCE. How can we pay if we aren't being paid?? I've called and left messages and like the typical money hungry greedy corporate cowards they are; they refuse to return my call. I'm gonna go to the media. Let's see what that can do. This review is in regards to the Louisville, KY location. First off, want to say I love the location, the building, complex, and the apartment appliances being GE. I think the staff in the leasing office is very kind, friendly, and helpful. I also think the maintenance staff does their best and work hard to meet the needs of the community. I think the people that work here are handcuffed with what they can do by Continental Properties, the company that owns Springs at Hurstbourne.
