My family moved into a Springs complex expecting the 5 star amenity experience that was advertised. The company claims the employees are their greatest asset, but their actions do not back this up just like most of their claims like the five-star customer service. Just another corporation with positive slogans not backed up by actions. When they terminate you your health benefits are terminated the same day. They don't even have the compassion to give you time to figure out new benefits especially when you’re let go due to a physical disability they will not provide an accommodation for.

This property management company refuses to support FURLOUGHED FEDERAL EMPLOYEES, OUR MILITARY, and THEIR FAMILIES. We continue to serve our country without pay at this time, and they WON'T GIVE US RENTAL ASSISTANCE. How can we pay if we aren't being paid??
